This is a movement of forming a Christian Community and for returning to the full Truth of the entire Gospel of Jesus Christ: We stress the importance of repentance, baptism, discipleship and connecting as believers to help usher in the last mighty move of God through an end time revival.
(Act 2:38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
We have all recently been miraculously brought together by the hand of the LORD. We have different strengths in evangelism, scriptures, and teaching along with other skills that we have learned throughout our lifetimes. We want to network as the body of Christ to reach the lost and unify the body.
(Luk 13:34-35) O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen doth gather her brood under her wings, and ye would not! Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
We believe we are saved by faith in Jesus Christ alone:
(Eph 2:8) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
While we believe that by grace you are saved being a gift God has the final choice in life whether to give or not to give.
(Joh 5:21) For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.
This most certainly does not mean you can't be saved it's just you can't go on sinning because Christ Jesus has the final say.
(Rom 6:1-4) What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
We believe in confession of our sins and the repentance (turning away from sin) and then
Assuming responsibility of daily repentance and living in obedience to God's law.
(Joh 15:14) Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
We believe we are in end times and must come out of the world's Babylonian system
(Rev 18:4-5) And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
We believe in the King James Bible. Be sure to compare your Bible with the 200 omissions. While we follow the Bible we keep a balance between being too far legalistic which can be unloving and quench the Holy Spirit. The all too often hyper-grace spirit is preached in many New Age churches that says you can do anything and even your future sins are washed.
(Php 2:12) Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
With the hyper-grace message that says rejoice Jesus did it all 2000 years ago and you can keep on sinning because you will go to heaven no matter what; that is such a lie from the devil. See often we like to have our favorite "pet verses" but God provided us with 66 books between the Old and New Testaments of the Bible. We cannot pick and choose what we believe to be right!
(Mat 28:20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
(Mat 5:17-22) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
(Joh 14:21) He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
(1Jn 2:3) And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
Our inspirational verse given to us for this movement is as follows:
(1Jn 3:21-22) Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
As a movement that is strong and dedicated to the unity of the body we are asking God for revival and according to the above verse we believe that God's blessings are conditional. We commit to not having a spirit of legalism but a spirit of love and empathy to reach out to the homeless and prisoners. We also believe the true Sabbath is Saturday, but this is not a salvation issue and we worship our creator whenever and wherever we can.
We are a small group of people searching to be the true Salt & Light the Bible talks about.
(Mat 5:13-16) Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
We believe the church has lost its saltiness because of sin. Non-believers often say things like, why would I want to be a Christian because they act just like us. We believe this is from a watered down gospel that is falsely preached that Jesus died for our sins 2000 years ago past, present, and future sins: This way we don't repent, or stay reading God's Word daily, or even to stay in prayer and daily seek God's will for our lives. Without conviction and repentance of sin we cannot walk in the Holy Spirit of God. Instead many of us live in the flesh and live defeated lives because through sin we give Satan a legal license to operate and harass us in our daily lives.
We believe the church is in need of correction, of reading scripture, prayer,
repentance and baptism.
(Mat 3:2) And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
One very important vision we have is unity of the body with breaking down of the denominational wall: We believe this will unify the body of Christ, learn sound biblical doctrine together, and love and edify, and correct each other in love, as brothers and sisters in Christ. As Christians we need to work together with all parts of the body united to help the hurting, draw in the unsaved, in and out of churches, streets workplaces and homes. We need to love God, our neighbor, and return to righteousness and do this through our love which comes from Jesus through His Holy Spirit.
(Joh 13:34) A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
